I have over 12 years of experience at PMO, Project and Programme Management levels within the Financial Services, IT, Telecoms, and Manufacturing sectors.

My experience to date has been with organisations such as Credit Suisse, RBS, BT, Ford, Lloyd’s Register and Jaguar-Land Rover.

I have delivered on projects and programmes of varying complexity ranging from the management of a PMO in start up mode within the bureaucratic constraints of a FTSE 100 company, to rolling out a pan-European Warranty Software implementation for a vehicle manufacturer. 

I have been responsible for the delivery of a key strategic project as part of the NHS National Programme for IT, in addition to implementing business change across a marine business through organisational change and implementation of programme management methodology across the group. 

I have an excellent track record of building effective relationships at all levels.  I am calm, focused and experienced at driving solutions through strategic thinking, strong interpersonal talents and negotiation skills. 

In addition, I have strong communication skills and understand the need to provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders allowing clear and effective decision-making.
