As someone impartial, independent, non-judgemental and with a huge variety of techniques at my disposal, I tailor my approach to suit your individual needs and goals.


My approaches are flexible to provide support in both proactive and reactive situations.


Proactive approaches involve developing your mental skills in confidence, concentration, goal-setting, visualisation, mental toughness and arousal mangement (amongst others!) as part of your training programme or exercise regime to assist you to reach your full potential.


Reactive approaches are the most common types of referrals to people like me, and they are used to address specific problems or blockages you may be experiencing.  To put your mind at ease, confidentiality is assured as you wish.


Each approach involves an initial discussion to allow you to ask any questions at all.  This discussion also allows you to determine whether you feel comfortable working with me, and whether I believe I can provide the effective support that you need and deserve.  If I don't think I can help you, I certainly won't waste your time and money!


Remember, you have a huge capacity to improve - I use my skills to help you do it!
